Lark Player Premium Service Terms

Introduction

• Lark Player Premium Service provides you with ad-free access to Lark Player. We may also offer you additional services such as what we advertise on the offer page. 

Subscription

• Our Premium Service is billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing Cycles are set on a regular basis, typically monthly or yearly. You agree to pay for the subscription that you select for the Premium Service and you authorize us to automatically charge the payment using Google Play’s billing system.
• Our Premium Service is subscribed on a Billing Cycle basis. The length of your subscription period depends on your purchase selection.
• By confirming purchase in Google Play Store, you (i) confirm your acceptance of the offer advertised; (ii) accept and agree to the Terms provided hereby; and (iii) acknowledge and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Usage Terms and Restrictions

• Your premium subscription is linked to your Google Play Store account and is available only when you are logged in. You may only access the premium benefits solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
• When using the Lark Player Premium Service, you may not (or attempt to) ：
  • use the Premium Service in an illegal manner, for an illegal purpose;
  • share your Google Play Store account password with someone else to allow them to access any Premium Service they did not order;
  • copy, sell, rent, or license the Premium Service to any third party;
  • circumvent, reverse engineer, modify, disable, or otherwise tamper with any security technology that we use to protect the Premium Service or encourage or help anyone else to do so;
  • access the Premium Service other than means authorized by us.

Renewal & Cancellation

• Your subscription to Lark Player Premium will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you cancel your Subscription before the end of the then-current subscription period, at least 24-hours in advance. 
• You can manage or cancel a subscription to Lark Player Premium on Google Play account settings. If you cancel a subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but will continue to receive the subscription content for the remainder of the current billing period, regardless of the cancellation date. Your cancellation goes into effect after the current billing period has passed. 
• We do not provide any refunds for any partial subscription periods, and please note that uninstalling the app doesn’t mean your subscription is canceled unless you cancel it on Google Play. Here are the instructions for your references: 
1. On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Tap Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the instructions.
